POSITION SUMMARY
Are you passionate about helping youth and families build a safe and stable future? New Directions is hiring a Permanency Case Manager ! You’ll support youth and families in navigating the road toward permanency through advocacy, planning, community connections, and direct services. This full-time role (Monday-Friday, 35 hours/week) offers flexibility and a powerful opportunity to support children and families in transition.
