New York, NY Job Details Full-time $72,100 a year 5 hours ago Benefits Health insurance 401(k) Paid time off Qualifications Master of Social Work Mid-level Full Job Description Supervise 5 Case Managers Conduct weekly one-to-one supervisory sessions with assigned Case Managers. Through ongoing case review and supervision, insure that all client case records contain required client information, intake, case notes, referrals, and assessment/reassessment details, in accordance with NYC Aging standards. Monitors STARS reports (i.e. Assessment Due Reports to ensure that all assessments, reassessments, etc. are completed on a timely basis in accordance with NYC Aging guidelines). Ensure follow up monitoring communication with clients is completed by assigned Case Managers in accordance with NYC Aging guidelines Serves a back-up to Case Managers and as requested assigns intake screening of prospective clients, including walk-ins and provides information and referral.
