Job Description
NY1538186Case ManagerFull time for Johnson Park Center in Utica, NY.
Days and Hours:
Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm. Weekends may vary as needed.
Description:
Conduct intakes for individuals in need of support services. Perform Data Entry for all intakes. Computer skills required. Follow-up with individuals on progress of services received and advise on approval status. Assist with Food Pantry, as needed, so some weeks hours may vary. Must have good people and communication skills.
Requirements:
Valid New York State driver’s license strongly preferred. Drug screening requested only after job offer and if relevant to job opening.
Pay:
$19.00-$20.00/hour.
