Entry level Master’s Level Therapist / Case Planner 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars Staten Island, NY 10302 One of our clients a respected NYC-based nonprofit is hiring Master’s Level Therapists and Case Planners to support children, youth, and families across Bronx, Manhattan, and Staten Island locations. These full-time roles are ideal for professionals committed to trauma-informed, community-based work and making a meaningful impact on families affected by systemic challenges, domestic violence, and child welfare involvement.. Home visits are a core part of all roles.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct regular home and community visits to engage children and families Provide trauma-informed individual, family, and group counseling (therapist role) Complete comprehensive assessments and collaboratively develop service or treatment plans Facilitate evidence-based group interventions and connect families with appropriate supports Provide case management, advocacy, and coordination with schools, community agencies, and legal systems Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with agency, ACS, and state regulations Participate in team meetings, case conferences, trainings, and reflective supervision Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Master’s Degree required in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology or related field. Bilingual (Spanish/English) highly preferred NYS Valid Driver’s License preferred. Must be willing and able to conduct home visits Flexible availability, including some evening hours, may be required
