PEDIATRIC COACH
– $2,500 SIGN

out of 5 stars Harrisburg, PA We are seeking Pediatric Coaches to work in the Cumberland and surrounding counties to assist children with medically complex diagnoses by providing all caregiver teams with non-medical education and training. The Pediatric Coach will be working remotely but traveling in Cumberland, Perry, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon, Franklin, Fulton, York, and Adams Counties.
Requirements:
Supporting all members of caregiver teams to function successfully within the parameters of their roles and responsibilities; Documenting all work performed, including progress notes, caregiver planning, training utilization and other collateral documentation; Scheduling and facilitating Family Advisory Workgroup meetings; Collaborate with coworkers and Family Facilitators; and Meeting regularly with supervisors to report case summaries and all critical matters.
Essential Skills:
Excellent communication skills; Ability to generate detailed reports; Ability to meet strict timelines; Flexible schedule; and Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Education/Professional Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field; and Five years’ experience in the human services field. Salary and a very generous benefits package commensurate with experience. Equal opportunity employer
