Job Description
Case Manager Eunice D. Freeman Case Mangement, INC Ridgeland, SC 29936 Case management providing case management services for the elderly and disabled in the surrounding areas. Individual must be able to pass a SLED check. Must be able to work the three waivers that we are working under: Community waiver, HIV waiver and the Ventilator Waiver.. Must have computer skills and a pleasant telephone voice and be very organized. Ideal candidate will have a working vehicle and a current SCDL.
