Job Description
Case Manager ALPHA Behavioral Health Center 208 King Street, Camden, SC 29020 Case Manager for Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) program and our Behavioral Health Treatment. Our Case Manager coordinates treatment plans for people with substance abuse issues by screening for referral to the program and coordinating all MAT services with the behavioral health and medical providers. Ensures compliance with grants and other policies and procedures. Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Social Work, Behavioral Science or a related field. 2 years related experience preferred. Will be required to travel to other agency locations. Full benefits package available.
