WIOA Prowd Case Manager East Tennessee Human Resource Agency, Inc.
Clinton, TN Employment Status:
Full-time Hourly rate: $22.00
Duties/Responsibilities:
Provide services to participants through the Partners for Reentry Opportunities in Workforce Development (PROWD) initiative ensuring assessment and tracking of participants. Ensure completion of education and training of participants. Provide support and assistance during incarceration and upon release to remove barriers to employment once PROWD program participants reenter society. Serve PROWD program participants of the Federal Correction Institute (FCI) Memphis low-security facility and minimum-security satellite camp and Memphis and Nashville area Residential Reentry Centers (RRC’s).

Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in work or lived experience; Highly creative in developing approaches to reach target audiences; Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent verbal and written communications skills; and An understanding of workforce and/or economic development preferred. Valid TN driver license. Must have current auto insurance.
