Summary:
To provide overnight awakesupervision and case management services to clients.

Essential Functions:
Provide supervision for youth shelter residents Coordinate and lead all weekend activities for residentsstaying over the weekend. Manage petty cash and provide appropriate documentation forexpenses. Provide intake and assessment services to youth and familiesreferred to the shelter program. Provide group services when appropriate or assigned. Facilitate the referral process for potential clients. Attend weekly staffing/meetings and regular supervision. Document client interaction in a consistent and ethicalmanner. Provide crisis counseling services through the agency coveragesystem. Provide liaison and referral services with appropriate mentalhealth centers, courts, physicians, school systems, Department ofChildren’s Services and others as needed.

Strong capacity to form meaningful, caring, and affirmingrelationships with all young people, including LGBTQ+ youth. Knowledge and ability to apply crisis intervention theory.
