Behavioral Health Services, has an immediate opening for a Full Time Bachelor’s Level Recovery and ReEntry Specialist in Fentress and Pickett Counties (office in Jamestown, TN). The position will serve both locations and work a regular 9am-5pm weekday schedule. REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in social services; good organization and time management skills; documented safe driving record; ability to work independently while interacting within a multidisciplinary team environment. Two years of professional experience working with the co-occurring population and/or criminal justice system is preferred. Required valid TN driver’s license with F endorsement (may obtain F endorsement during first 90 days of employment).
JOB DUTIES
The Recovery & ReEntry Specialist is responsible for wrap around care coordination services to program members and a full array of Alcohol and Drug/Co-occurring services; promoting and maintaining positive community referral practices with drug courts and supervised probation staff; and providing A/D group work facilitation. The Recovery and ReEntry Specialist ensures clients are provided intensive services, including follow through admissions, treatment, and discharge.
