The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to clients, helping them navigate various services and resources. This role requires a strong understanding of workforce development, addiction counseling, and behavioral health, along with the ability to manage crises effectively. The Case Manager will work closely with individuals and families to promote their well-being and facilitate access to necessary services. This role will also assist with administrative duties with regards to client care. Responsibilities Follow all applicable laws and regulations, including VBHCS Code of Conduct and VBHCS Policies and Procedures, in order to create and maintain a healthcare and business environment that is committed to integrity and ethical conduct. The Care Manager is expected to maintain a level of performance consistent with the grant responsibilities and time frames 50% of the time. Works with general supervision and performs a variety of clerical and administrative functions in a professional, confidential and courteous manner 50% of the time. Experience Must have a Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field of counseling, psychology, social work or other behavioral sciences and at least two (2) years of paid work experience in the behavioral health setting. Strong computer skills including use of Microsoft Word/Excel preferred.
