We’re on the lookout for a passionate Program Case Manager to help lead the charge in creating powerful mentoring connections for local youth. You’ll work side-by-side with an awesome team, train and support inspiring mentors, and support youth as they build the future they imagine while enjoying a flexible, fun, and supportive workplace. What You’ll Do (You’re Day to Day Adventure):

• Connect with the community to recruit amazing mentors and youth
• Lead engaging and interactive trainings for mentors
• Be the go-to support for mentor/youth matches through meaningful case management
• Team up with schools, community partners, and agencies to advocate and build strong connections
• Plan fun, meaningful group events with a Mentor Advisory Team that promote life skills, education, and career exploration and build community within the program
• Keep things organized with accurate, confidential paperwork and data collection
• Show up at exciting outreach events and represent The Mentor Connector with pride
• Stay on top of the latest trends in mentoring and youth development
• Help out wherever needed—we’re a team that pitches in and allows us to use our strengths and passion to get the work done

What Makes You Shine:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field (or similar experience)
• Experience working with youth and families, especially those overcoming challenges
• A great communicator who loves people and thrives in a collaborative environment
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• A problem-solver with a “let’s make it happen” attitude
• Willingness to work flexible hours—some evenings and weekends included
• You have your own reliable ride and don’t mind hitting the road around Rutland County (20% travel)
• Criminal background and driver’s check required Bonus Points if

You Have:

• Experience with trauma-informed care
• Knowledge of issues related to homelessness, substance misuse, or mental health
