Working Title (if different from Position Title) Job Summary University Outreach Office of Corporate & Community Partnerships is seeking a highly motivated, hardworking undergraduate Auburn University student for a Student Assistant position starting as soon as possible. Reporting directly to the University Outreach Office of Corporate & Community Partnerships Development Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily office operations, data entry, creating written and digital content, assisting with donor events, and donor stewardship. Able to represent the Division of Auburn University Outreach in a professional manner Preferred Qualifications Graduating in 2026 or later
Available to work during the summer
Ability to work a minimum of 10 hours/week
Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in written form
Working knowledge of

Microsoft Office:

Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
Possess strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work cooperatively with colleagues, faculty, and supervisory staff at all levels Pay Rate $10.00/hour
