Job Description Overview:

Restore Hope is a software and services organization that helps communities achieve better outcomes for Justice and Child Welfare efforts. Our solutions focus on optimizing systems by improving the relationship among their parts. As a collective impact organization, Restore Hope helps communities address complex justice issues with innovative, collaborative efforts.

Position Overview:

This role oversees the 100 Families Initiative in each county. The ideal candidate is an engaged, energetic, and respected community member who can be primarily responsible for implementing and executing the 100 Families Initiative in their community, doing everything from organizing monthly alliance meetings to providing direct service to clients. They are highly organized and relational and have a history of working in social services and the community. We are looking for self-motivated individuals and problem solvers who are flexible, able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, multi-tasking, technologically proficient, and detail-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of work experience in social services (Additional work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)

Bonus:

Arkansas Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, including, but not limited to, 100 Families Alliance Partners, local non-profits, state and local government personnel, community business leaders, and the faith community.
• Organize and facilitate monthly alliance meetings, allowing the community to hear progress updates on the 100 Families Initiative and connect with other service providers and government agencies.
• Act as an expert in the 100 Families model and processes, providing support to 100 Families Alliance Partners in their execution of the 100 Families Model
• Collect and analyze community-wide data, able to articulately present data and graphs to the community.
• Act as direct supervisor for 100 Families Case Managers, as needed.
• Produce regular updates and reports for publications and grant requirements.
• Develop trust and positive relationships with Restore Hope partners and stakeholders.
• Form new partnerships and recruit members of the community to assist in the 100 Families Model as Point of Contact Providers
• Advocates for individuals and families
• Participate in 100 Families meetings and training.
• Promote organization and community collaboration.
• Conduct oneself in a manner consistent with the professional standards of Restore Hope
• Other job duties as assigned.
