Job Description
Milestones Services is dedicated to empowering children with developmental delays through love and respect, helping them achieve their maximum potential. We are seeking a passionate and proactive Community Engagement and Development Coordinator to enhance our visibility and foster community relationships throughout Faulkner County.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a community engagement and marketing strategy to raise awareness of our mission and programs.
- Conduct outreach to local businesses and individuals to secure partnerships and donations.
Organize and execute fundraising events.
Execute a social media marketing plan, posting regularly to promote events and activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, communications, marketing, or related field preferred, but may be substituted with relevant experience.
- Proven experience in community engagement, fundraising, or marketing.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing strategies.
