This position is responsible for developing and implementing outreach strategies that enhance our visibility and engagement within the community. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a passion for guest services, and a background in events management, enabling them to effectively promote our initiatives and programs. Community Outreach Coordinator Duties Develop and execute community outreach programs to increase awareness of our organization’s mission and services. Manage and coordinate events that engage the community, including workshops, seminars, and promotional activities. Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and stakeholders to foster partnerships. Oversee budgeting for outreach initiatives and events, ensuring effective allocation of resources. Conduct market research to identify community needs and tailor outreach efforts accordingly. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that highlight events and initiatives. Provide exceptional guest services during events, ensuring a welcoming environment for all participants. Implement upselling strategies during outreach activities to promote additional services or programs.
