Community Outreach & Events Coordinator 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars Deerfield Beach, FL 33442 Overview The Community Outreach Coordinator plays a pivotal role in fostering relationships between our organization and the local community. This position is responsible for developing and implementing outreach strategies that enhance our visibility and engagement within the community. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a passion for guest services, and a background in events management, enabling them to effectively promote our initiatives and programs. Community Outreach Coordinator Duties Develop and execute community outreach programs to increase awareness of our organization’s mission and services. Manage and coordinate events that engage the community, including workshops, seminars, and promotional activities. Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and stakeholders to foster partnerships. Oversee budgeting for outreach initiatives and events, ensuring effective allocation of resources. Conduct market research to identify community needs and tailor outreach efforts accordingly. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that highlight events and initiatives. Provide exceptional guest services during events, ensuring a welcoming environment for all participants. Implement upselling strategies during outreach activities to promote additional services or programs. Community Outreach Coordinator Experience Proven experience in community outreach, event management, or a related field within the hospitality or restaurant industry. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in budgeting for events and outreach programs is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building relationships. Familiarity with event marketing strategies to effectively promote initiatives within the community.
