Position Profile The Sales and Community Manager is the community outreach and sales planning lead. This manager is responsible for creating strategic relationships in the community and leveraging the Sky Zone brand to drive revenue through the packages, programs and promotions available to our guests. Under the direction of the General Manager, they are tasked with new business generation, coordinating monthly and annual sales calendars, coordinating community and mobile activations and supervising the outside sales and street teams to maximize brand exposure and build the business. In addition, this position serves to integrate the Sky Zone brand and raise awareness about the organization in the community. Understanding of the local market is a key element in driving strategic partnerships with local school groups, corporations, fundraising organizations, camp groups, and guests with special needs. Responsibilities Consistently demonstrate Sky Zone’s core values (Make it Fun, Keep it Safe, Be Healthy, Do Good and Deliver WoW) for Team Members and Guests Create action plans to grow the business through relationships in the community and community outreach initiatives Understand local market and successfully integrate the Sky Zone brand to drive revenue Deliver on the park’s monthly department goals Coordinate with the Sky Zone Home Zone (corporate office) to implement approved programming, events, and promotions Lead sales and street teams to find leads and generate energy around the Sky Zone brand in the community Adopt and maintain Sky Zone standards, policies and procedures at all times including but not limited to: waiver policy, ASTM standards, court rules, guest service, food safety, etc. Stay current with the Sky Zone Home Zone (corporate office) communication and relay important messages to members of the park team Provide the team with a welcoming and mutually supportive work environment Resolve guest service issues with discretion and professionalism Ensure Team Members are knowledgeable about all products, programs and promotions offered Advocate for guest safety and satisfaction Functions as Manager on Duty as necessary (see below) Other duties as assigned Manager on Duty Responsibilities The Manager on Duty role is integral to the success of Delivering WoW experiences to guests at Sky Zone. It includes performing a variety of duties, including opening and closing responsibilities such as assigning tills and preparing deposits, ensuring staffing is adequate to support guests and programs, conducting pre-shift meetings with the team, managing cleaning responsibilities, etc. In addition, the MOD is tasked with ensuring the park is a safe and fun environment by conducting park walks to support the team, interact with guests and observe and fix any problems with courts and system operations.

Qualifications Education:

Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience Previous sales and marketing experience required Proven ability to create and maintain relationships in the community with local schools, business and other organizations Previous experience in a guest-facing environment Ability to solve problems under pressure while maintaining a fun, friendly environment Previous management experience with new-to-the-workforce, part-time staff Ability to work nights and weekends Core Competencies In addition to the qualifications listed above, the ideal candidate: Lives the
