Bachelor’s Level Mental Health Professional – Clubhouse 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars Miami, FL 33157 Fellowship House is actively seeking enthusiastic, entry-level bachelor’s-level clinicians to join our team as Clubhouse Generalists at Club Fellowship, located in Palmetto Bay. The Clubhouse program is an exciting and innovative community-based model of rehabilitation for individuals living with mental illness. Clubhouse staff operate in generalist roles, working side-by-side with members across all areas of the Clubhouse—vocational support, education, housing, social programming, and community outreach. Staff do not complete tasks for members, but rather engage with them in meaningful work that promotes independence, confidence, and recovery. Club Fellowship provides vibrant, consistent social programming during evenings, weekends, and on the actual dates of observed holidays . Staff in this role will be expected to help plan and participate in these activities as part of their core responsibilities. These events are essential for building community, strengthening relationships, and supporting member engagement beyond the traditional work-ordered day.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with members individually and in groups on resume development, job searches, interview preparation, and other vocational readiness skills. Serve as Placement Managers by identifying, developing, and supporting Transitional Employment Placements (TEPs) in the community, including training and covering shifts when members are unable to attend. Assist members in applying for employment, housing, education, and public benefits. Educate members and community stakeholders on the Clubhouse model and uphold the International Standards. Represent the Clubhouse in the community alongside members, building partnerships and promoting awareness. Participate in Clubhouse International training programs (typically 1-2 weeks) as needed, to deepen understanding and implementation of the Clubhouse philosophy. Actively contribute to the planning and facilitation of evening and weekend social events, as well as holiday celebrations on the actual dates they are observed, in alignment with Clubhouse International requirements. Collaborate with members to develop and maintain a member-driven social calendar that fosters community engagement, cultural celebration, and strong interpersonal connections. Perform other duties as needed to support the dynamic operations of the Clubhouse. This position requires energy, creativity, and a deep commitment to recovery-oriented practice. Requires a bachelor’s degree in the human services field (social work, psychology, sociology, criminal justice, health education, etc.). Requires a valid Florida driver’s license.
