Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and outgoing Brand Ambassador to promote our company at Florida International University (FIU) and surrounding locations. This position is not affiliated with FIU but involves engaging directly with students, staff, and the community to increase app downloads and encourage daily usage.
Responsibilities:
Event Promotion:
Represent our brand at FIU and other designated areas, distributing promotional materials, answering questions, and encouraging individuals to download and use our app.
Community Engagement:
Build and maintain positive relationships with FIU students, organizations, and local businesses to raise awareness about our services.
Marketing Support:
Assist with promotional campaigns, including on-campus events, pop-up booths, and special offers.
Feedback Collection:
Actively gather user feedback to help improve the app experience and identify areas for potential growth.
Daily Reporting:
Provide regular updates on engagement efforts, including the number of downloads generated and any insights gained from interactions.
Qualifications:
Enthusiastic, approachable, and self-motivated individual. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in event promotion, sales, or marketing is a plus. Familiarity with FIU’s campus culture and student life is highly desirable.
