Position Overview:

We are seeking energetic, outgoing, and reliable Community Outreach Agents to join our growing team. In this role, you will engage directly with families and individuals in South Florida through door-to-door outreach, events, tabling, and other high-traffic venues. Your mission will be to connect community members with valuable programs and services that Ven Vamos Strategies has been contracted to promote.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned neighborhoods. Attend and participate in community events, tabling opportunities, and other high-traffic activities. Engage in face-to-face conversations with individuals and families to share information about available programs and resources. Accurately communicate program benefits, eligibility requirements, and answer general questions. Collect and input necessary information while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy. Represent Ven Vamos Strategies professionally in diverse communities. Work independently and as part of a team to meet outreach goals and quotas.

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage and build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds. Comfortable standing, walking, and speaking with people for extended periods. Positive, outgoing, and energetic personality. Reliable transportation to reach assigned areas and events. Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) a plus, but not required. Previous experience in direct marketing, canvassing, community outreach, sales, or related fields is a plus but not mandatory—we provide full training.

Compensation & Benefits:
