Keeps an organized and accurate spreadsheet of all contacts made in the community as well as follow ups to said organizations. Attend presentations to assist with recruitment of foster parents. Assists in the placement of recruitment materials, bulletin and newsletter announcements in the community Increases community partnerships in an effort to link His House Children’s Home to the community Consistently works on maintaining and retaining relationships with the outside community partnerships. Initiates and coordinates contact with businesses, hospitals and other community facilities with the purpose of the recruitment of foster parents. Creates speaking opportunities with different organizations in the community for the Licensing Assistant Director to recruit foster parent. Assesses foster parent applicants to assure suitability to become a foster parent and reports back to the licensing team. Must have an Associates degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field, Bachelor’s degree preferred Must be bilingual English / Spanish
