Youth Volunteer Fundraising Coordinator Bake & Serve Inc. 9100 Belvedere Road, West Palm Beach, FL 33411 Job Summary — Fundraising Coordinator (This is a non-paid position) The Fundraising Coordinator at Bake & Serve plays a key role in supporting our mission of empowering youth through baking and service. This position involves planning and executing creative fundraising events, managing donation efforts, and building partnerships with our community. We’re looking for a motivated individual who is excited to lead initiatives, work with volunteers, and help us grow sustainably — all while spreading kindness, one treat at a time. This is a student-friendly leadership position (high school or college) with many opportunities for community service hours, mentorship, and creative freedom. Duties Develop fun, mission-aligned fundraising ideas and events (e.g., bake sales, treat kits, community collabs) Organize and lead fundraising events from start to finish Coordinate a team of volunteers and guide them during events and campaigns Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to promote events online and through email blasts (e.g., Mailchimp or Canva flyers) Track budgets and fundraising goals using simple spreadsheets or free tools Maintain records of donors and thank-you communications Help build relationships with local businesses, schools, and donors (Optional) Learn about long-term giving strategies and donor retention Qualifications High school or college student preferred (community-minded youth welcome!) Passion for leadership, creativity, and giving back Strong organization skills and attention to detail Comfortable managing small teams and delegating tasks Basic understanding of social media or Canva (or willingness to learn) Experience in planning events or fundraisers is a bonus — not required! Great communication skills (friendly, professional, and clear) This is a volunteer leadership position with flexible hours.
