Pryor Baseball Farm is a youth development organization dedicated to helping players grow through every skill, every position, and every opportunity. We operate year-round leagues, clinics, and training programs focused on development-first baseball. We’re now looking for a Promotions Assistant to help us grow our presence in the community through grassroots marketing.

Job Summary:

We’re hiring a reliable and outgoing Promotions Assistant to support our marketing efforts in the community. This role involves distributing flyers on cars at local Little League parks, attending youth sports events, and representing our brand at public gatherings. You’ll be on the frontlines of spreading awareness about our programs to families and athletes in the Tampa Bay area.

Key Responsibilities:

Distribute flyers and promotional materials to vehicles and bulletin boards at Little League and recreational parks. Attend local sporting events, tournaments, festivals, and community gatherings to represent Pryor Baseball Farm. Set up and manage a promotional table or booth when needed. Engage with parents, coaches, and community members to share information about our programs (script and materials provided). Take photos or notes for tracking marketing efforts and reporting back to the team. Assist with giveaways, merchandise handouts, and promotional contests.

Qualifications:

Outgoing and comfortable talking to new people. Highly dependable, punctual, and self-motivated. Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Must be able to work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods. Available on weekends and some weekday evenings (flexible scheduling). Strong communication and organizational skills. Preferred (but not required): Experience in street team, event marketing, or customer service roles. Interest in youth sports or baseball. Bilingual (especially English/Spanish).

$13.00 – $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
