As a Community Outreach Associate, you’ll be on the front lines of engagement, helping spread awareness of charitable initiatives, addressing community questions, and building lasting relationships with stakeholders. The Community Outreach Associate receives hands-on mentorship and ongoing support from experienced team members and leadership.

Community Outreach Associate Responsibilities:

Serve as a primary point of contact for community members, volunteers, and donors, answering questions, resolving concerns, and offering information with empathy and professionalism. Represent our nonprofit partners as a Community Outreach Associate through in-person outreach, distributing materials such as flyers and brochures, and conducting engaging presentations. Support fundraising and community engagement efforts by authentically communicating the mission and impact of our partner organizations. Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality standards when handling sensitive information. Troubleshoot challenges and provide clear, timely solutions to ensure a positive experience for all involved. What We’re Looking For in a

Community Outreach Associate:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred 1+ years of experience in customer service, outreach, or nonprofit engagement Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help others Comfortable speaking with diverse audiences in a variety of settings Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during outreach activities Multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply!
