Position Summary:

We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to help lead community outreach and referral efforts for one of our clinic locations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting new people, networking with local healthcare providers, and getting involved in community events.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend community events, health fairs, and networking meetings (primarily on weekdays, with some pre-scheduled Saturday events) Build and maintain strong relationships with local physicians and referral sources Assist with marketing campaigns and grassroots promotional activities Support social media efforts with ideas, photos, and occasional content Track outreach efforts and referral outcomes Help grow the clinic’s presence and reputation in the community

Requirements:

Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated and reliable with great time management Social media familiarity (especially Instagram and Facebook) Prior experience in marketing, customer service, or sales is a plus Must have reliable transportation Must live locally and already have ties in the community

Compensation:
