We’re looking for a driven and personable Client and Community Outreach Coordinator to help strengthen our impact in the community.
Job Summary:
The Client and Community Outreach Coordinator will play a key role in generating new leads and expanding our reach. This role involves a mix of phone outreach, in-person community engagement, and online prospecting to identify potential clients and key relationships. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is comfortable building relationships and explaining our services with clarity and confidence.
Responsibilities:
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and online research. Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients. The ability to gather detailed information about clients and potential clients over the phone and in person and document in a timely manner. Assist with calls concerning needed resources in a timely manner and document for follow up. Assist the VP of Business Development in identifying new markets, trends, and client opportunities. Conduct outreach in the community to raise awareness of Senior Citizens Inc.’s programs and services. Spend significant time on the phone and in the field meeting with prospects and community resources and follow up with clients. Conduct Client Satisfaction reviews on a regular basis. Collaborate with internal departments to support growth initiatives and align outreach with organizational goals. Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-ups using internal systems.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable with phone and in-person outreach. Strong networking skills. Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office and online research tools. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Previous experience in sales, community outreach, or business development is a plus. Passion for serving seniors and contributing to a mission-driven organization. College degree required.
Work Environment:
Time split between office, fieldwork, and phone-based outreach in the office.
