Plan, organize, and implement events that promote arts access and museum literacy in rural Georgia communities
Design art lessons and workshops based on the museum’s permanent collection
Assist in program planning, implementation, and evaluation
Maintain all necessary paperwork to assess programs
Assist museum staff with outreach, planning, and implementation of major programs Percentage of time 40
Duties/Responsibilities Collaboration
Collaborate with campus and community partners to expand the museum’s community engagement
Build and maintain positive and effective relationships with rural community leaders and Archway partner representatives
Represent the museum at off-site programs, workshops, and community events
Manage volunteer recruitment, outreach, and coordination
Participate in Community Advisory Board meetings Percentage of time 40
