Marketing Professional – Lead Generation for Rental Apartments Nirvana Capital Group Riverdale, GA 30274 Overview We are seeking a creative and results-oriented Marketing Professional to generate high-quality leads for our apartment communities. This role combines social media marketing, community outreach, and direct communication with prospects. You will also be responsible for developing marketing materials to distribute at local businesses and community hotspots.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Digital Marketing:

Manage listings and content on platforms like Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, and TikTok. Create eye-catching short videos, graphics, and promotional posts that showcase apartment units and amenities. Track digital engagement and adjust strategies for optimal lead generation.

Lead Engagement:

Respond to rental inquiries quickly and professionally, providing accurate information about rates, availability, and leasing terms. Schedule and confirm apartment tours with interested prospects. Maintain lead tracking tools to ensure follow-up and conversion.

Local Business Promotion & Community Outreach:

Build relationships with local businesses, cafes, universities, gyms, and other venues for cross-promotion opportunities. Distribute physical marketing materials (flyers, brochures, postcards) in high-traffic areas and community boards. Represent the company at community events and expos to increase local visibility.

Marketing Materials Development:

Design and produce branded flyers, brochures, posters, and promotional items tailored to different audiences and locations. Collaborate with leasing staff to feature current promotions, availability, and community highlights in all materials. Maintain a supply of up-to-date marketing collateral for ongoing outreach.

Demographic-Specific Campaigns:

Identify and target specific groups and families. Customize messaging and delivery methods to resonate with different demographic needs and preferences. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in marketing, real estate, or customer service. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and basic design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.). Excellent communication skills and responsiveness to inquiries. Comfortable engaging with the public and representing the brand in person. Basic understanding of rental housing or leasing process is a plus.
