Job Description The Engagement and Collaboration Division of Gwinnett County is seeking a creative and organized individual to join our team. This position provides vital marketing and communication support for the Departments of Community Services and Parks and Recreation. The primary responsibilities include graphic design and community outreach. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, creative, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment, with strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously. Essential Duties Performs duties in Graphic Design, Content Creation and Adobe Creative Suite Develops visually engaging marketing materials to support the department’s programs and initiatives, including flyers and promotional content Helps create and implement outreach campaigns that encourage community engagement and ensure clear communication with Gwinnett County residents Provides marketing and communication assistance for events, including event promotion and on-site support Manages multiple projects, while prioritizing tasks Grade The grade for this position is 97. The salary will be based on experience and education.
