Job Description:
We are looking for trusted community members to help us identify seniors and individuals with disabilities who may qualify for Georgia’s Medicaid Waiver Home Care services. This role is perfect for someone connected to the local neighborhood — retired individuals, community activists, faith leaders, or part-time workers looking for extra income.
Responsibilities:
Visit local clinics, churches, senior towers, and neighborhood events Educate families about free home care services under Medicaid Refer individuals to our intake team (no selling involved!) Display flyers or yard signs in key community areas
Requirements:
Must live in or very near ZIP codes 30650, 30621, 30055, 30663, 30625, 30056, 30641, and 30623 Strong community ties and communication skills Passion for helping seniors and underserved individuals Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
What You Get:
$40 for the first lead each month $50 for the second $60 per lead for the rest of the month Bonuses available for consistent performance Weekly payouts and flexible hours
