Job Description

Community Outreach Coordinator Lucozzi Portraits North Billerica, MA 01862 • Hybrid work Make an impact in your community and join a growing local business! Lucozzi Portraits, a vibrant portrait studio based in North Billerica, MA , is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Community Outreach Specialist . If you’re a people person with a passion for helping local non-profits, we want you on our small, fun, and energetic team. We pride ourselves on a relaxed atmosphere with great customer service and a strong commitment to community support. This is a flexible hybrid position . You’ll attend initial orientation, training, and monthly/bi-monthly team meetings in person (regular business hours) at our studio. Once trained, you can work primarily remotely. This role requires 8-10 hours per week , with approximately half of those hours dedicated to reaching out to community partners during business hours. The remaining hours can be worked flexibly, including evenings or overnight for research and planning. There’s also room for growth in this position based on your contributions and performance.

What You’ll Do:

Identify and connect with local non-profit organizations and fundraising events that align with our community support initiatives. Serve as the primary point of contact for outreach and communication with both prospective and established community partners, predominantly through phone calls and email, with occasional in-person visits. Maintain meticulous records within our CRM system. Coordinate the distribution and collection of our unique fundraising kits. Provide weekly status updates on outreach progress and post-event reporting.

Required Skills & Experience:
