Reporting to the Program Director, you will leverage your leadership and social work skills to develop and manage outreach programs, supervise volunteers, and engage in public speaking initiatives. Your expertise in project management, marketing, and data collection will be vital in driving program success and enhancing community relationships. Key Responsibilities:
✅ Proactively identify and engage new referral sources (schools, pediatricians, clinics, community programs). ✅ Conduct in-person visits, phone outreach, and attend local events to promote ABA services. ✅ Develop and maintain strong relationships with providers and community partners. ✅ Collaborate with the intake team to ensure seamless client onboarding. Track outreach activities, lead status, and conversions using CRM or tracking tools. ✅ Provide regular reporting on lead generation and referral performance.
