Job Description

Outreach Coordinator 4.5 4.5 out of 5 stars Cary, NC 27511 We’re growing fast and looking for a dynamic, outgoing Admissions and Outreach Coordinator who can help us share our mission with more families and deepen our impact across the community. If you love building relationships, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are energized by the idea of helping families navigate their journey into ABA services, we want to hear from you. This is not a back-office role. You’ll be the warm, welcoming voice families first hear when they reach out — and the strategic brain behind creative outreach campaigns that grow our presence, build partnerships, and connect us to the community.

What You’ll Do:

Be the guide for new families — manage the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment and ensure a seamless, compassionate transition into services Lead bold outreach initiatives — craft and execute creative campaigns that introduce more people to our mission, drive referrals, and expand awareness Create eye-catching materials — think flyers, brochures, print ads, and more — all aligned with our voice and brand Run events that matter — host monthly community events, open houses, and info sessions that help us connect and educate Own our online presence — manage SEO, social media engagement, and digital campaigns to ensure we’re showing up in the right places, at the right time Build meaningful partnerships — collaborate with local pediatricians, schools, therapists, and community groups to strengthen our referral network Stay data-driven — track campaign results, monitor trends, and use analytics to improve what’s working and adjust what’s not Collaborate across teams — work closely with our clinical and leadership teams to align messaging and ensure families have the best possible experience

What You Bring:

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business — or a related field A proven track record in admissions, outreach, marketing, or business development (healthcare or education is a big plus!) Strong project management chops — you can juggle campaigns, events, and admissions without dropping the ball Creativity and confidence — you’re full of ideas and not afraid to try new things Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal Comfort with digital tools — social media, CRM systems, basic design platforms, and SEO strategies A heart for helping — you’re passionate about supporting families and making a difference for children with autism This is your chance to make a real impact. You’ll be on the frontlines of helping families take that crucial first step toward life-changing services — while shaping how our brand connects with the world.
