Community Engagement Coordinator SiteWell Solutions Concord, NH 03305 SiteWell Solutions is a growing provider of human performance and wellness services across the U.S. We are expanding our in-person programming and are hiring for a Community Engagement & Wellness Marketing Coordinator to help drive participation and amplify the impact of our services in New Hampshire. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about health promotion, marketing, and working at the intersection of public health and community outreach. The role will be based out of Concord, NH , with in-person responsibilities at client sites across the state.
Responsibilities:
Build brand awareness and engagement through outreach campaigns, events, and local activations. Support public wellness programming through content development, signage, digital communications, and social media management. Collaborate with Registered Dietitians, Strength & Conditioning Coaches, and external partners to communicate services and drive participation. Help manage educational campaigns aligned with organizational wellness themes. Track participation data and support light reporting for program awareness efforts. Represent SiteWell Solutions at community and client-facing wellness events. Attend occasional weekend events (flex schedule supported).
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Health Promotion, or related field. Strong writing and communication skills. Creative and detail-oriented, with experience in Canva or other design tools. Familiarity with public wellness programs, human performance, or physical readiness a plus. Willingness to travel regionally within New Hampshire.
