Position Summary:

She’s Somebody’s Daughter is seeking a proactive and compassionate Temporary Community Outreach Liaison to join our dedicated team. Reporting to the Program Director, you will play a vital role in coordinating impactful in-office programs, building essential connections with community resource partners, and extending our reach through direct outreach and supportive relationships. This position is ideal for an individual passionate about making a tangible difference in the lives of women in Central Pennsylvania.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Coordination & Support:

Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for all participants. Schedule, plan, and oversee engaging life skills programs and purposeful activities (e.g., workshops, forums, special events) for women in our community. Support the Program Director in the implementation of key initiatives, such as “WorthIt” and “Ending the Game” programs.

Community Engagement & Outreach:

Lead and coordinate outreach efforts across Dauphin, Cumberland, and Franklin Counties. Build and nurture a strong community network, fostering deeper connections between our organization and the individuals we serve. Run prayer groups, send prayer emails

Relationship & Resource Management:

Develop and strengthen partnerships with current and new resource agencies. Maintain an up-to-date database for client and relationship management.

Crisis Support & Documentation:

Calmly and strategically assist in managing crises, with direct support from the Program Director. Accurately document all outreach activities and client interactions. What We’re Looking For (Attributes & Qualifications):

Job Types:

Full-time, Temporary Pay:

$17.11 – $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
