Role:
We’re looking for a motivated, friendly, and results-driven Membership Growth Coordinator to help grow our organization. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential members, guiding them through our offerings, following up on leads, and supporting marketing efforts. If you’re confident on the phone, great with follow-ups, and passionate about helping people connect with valuable programs—this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up promptly with leads from the website, events, referrals, ads, etc. Make outbound calls to introduce services, answer questions, and schedule consultations Communicate professionally via phone, text, and email Maintain accurate records in our CRM system Build rapport with potential members through warm, informed conversations Support outreach campaigns and marketing initiatives Help improve lead management processes and conversion strategies
Requirements:
Comfortable and confident making phone calls Strong communication and writing skills with attention to grammar and tone Organized, dependable, and consistent with follow-ups Experience in sales or membership-based roles (preferred) Proficient with email, text messaging apps, and CRM software (or willing to learn) Positive attitude and ability to work independently and with a team
