What You’ll Do Be the primary point of contact for customers—from inquiry to event follow-up Plan and coordinate every detail: delivery times, equipment needs, and staffing Create tailored inflatable experiences based on space, age groups, and occasion Own the event calendar and make sure nothing gets missed or double-booked Collaborate with operations to ensure on-time setup and takedown Answer calls/texts from clients before or during their events (including weekends) Maintain exceptional standards of communication, reliability, and service Jump in where needed to ensure the success of the event You’re a

Personable, polished, and able to put clients at ease Naturally organized and detail-obsessed Quick on your feet when plans change or weather strikes Comfortable managing multiple bookings and coordinating moving parts Available to work evenings and weekends —especially during our peak season (spring-fall) Experienced in events, hospitality, rentals, or customer service Proficient with scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and online booking platforms
