JOB DESCRIPTION
SUMMARY
OF POSITION
Responsible for the creation and execution of outreach strategies that develop and nurture Centerstone’s relationships with community partners, colleges, universities, patients, and alumni to achieve greater brand visibility as a provider and employer of choice. Collaborates with Talent Acquisition team on recruitment efforts that enhance the organizations employer brand and attracts top talent. Works to actively maintain Centerstone’s positive reputation, improve the organization’s revenue stream, and promote and advance Centerstone’s mission and business objectives. Serves as a liaison by representing Centerstone at a variety of groups, coalitions, meetings, conferences, events, etc. Candidates must reside in Middle TN and be comfortable with frequent travel to be considered.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Represents Centerstone at diverse groups, coalitions, Chambers, associations, as well as meetings, conferences, and events. Cultivate relationships with colleges, universities, vocational schools, and community organizations to promote Centerstone as an employer of choice, and represents the organization at recruitment events such as job fairs, career expos, and networking functions. Conducts regular analysis of contacts, referral trends and insights, and potential areas for growth. Creates, recommends, and implements effective data utilization strategies while gathering and sharing marketing intelligence, outreach plans, and data with the Director of Marketing. Uses data effectively to develop outreach strategies and relationships according to business needs, and constructs effective outreach and marketing reports for leadership. Monitor and analyze outreach metrics and recruitment effectiveness, leveraging Salesforce to manage a comprehensive partner database, track interactions, and generate insightful reports for optimizing outreach strategies. Maintains outreach materials to ensure they are brand-compliant for use in facilities, at events, etc. Partners with Talent Acquisition team to understand hiring needs and develop outreach strategies. Serves as a brand ambassador providing information about Centerstone, our values and culture, career opportunities, and recruitment process.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Excellent time management and project management skills. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft products, Zoom and database management. Ability to exercise a high degree of initiative and independent judgement in solving problems. Ability to develop, foster and advance relationships with others, both within and outside of the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education Level High School Diploma or GED required Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication preferred Years of Experience Two (2) years of experience in outreach, marketing, communications or sales preferred Knowledge of mental health and substance use disorder treatment is preferred Knowledge of mental health and substance use disorder treatment is preferred Certification/Licensure
