ABC Coordinator Position Type:

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of breast cancer survivors and underserved communities? We’re looking for an ABC Coordinator to join our team at the YMCA of Middle TN. You’ll oversee our life-changing ABC Program, plan meaningful events, and build strong relationships with participants, donors, and partners. Here’s what we’re looking for: You’re at least 18 years old. You have a high school diploma or equivalent (a degree in Health Science or Community Health is a plus!). You’ve got experience working with survivors or in community health (preferred). You’re organized, compassionate, and love connecting with people. In this role, you’ll: Lead and grow the ABC Program. Plan events, coordinate schedules, and manage volunteers. Keep program records organized and up to date. Help foster a supportive and welcoming environment for everyone.
