PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist worship ministry in all duties pertaining to the department needs. Assist with recruiting, raising, developing and pastoring volunteers. Invest in the musical development of worship volunteers Assists with processing workflows for worship. Assist in evaluating new audition videos and onboarding volunteers when they pass the audition process Assist in scheduling teams and sets for weekends, while also monitoring Planning Center for declines and coordinating replacements. Assist in building sets, ableton tracks, and needed resources for weekly services Help lead worship and/or serve as Music Director during weekend services Support YTH Worship for Midweek services as needed.
ENSURES THE FOLLOWING
Ensure all administrative and logistical duties are completed and maintained in a highly efficient manner. There is constant development into team members who serve to help with department needs. Details regarding any special worship/BayPro events are handled with excellence. Impactful and effective ministry during weekend services, demonstrating excellence and leadership while serving on the platform.
