This position requires a dedicated individual who is organized, communicative, and able to work collaboratively within a team environment. The Church Adjutant will assist in various administrative tasks, coordinate activities, and serve as a liaison between church members and leadership. Responsibilities Assist the pastor and church leadership in planning and organizing church services and events. Maintain accurate records of church activities, attendance, and membership. Coordinate communication between church staff, volunteers, and congregation members. Prepare materials for services, including bulletins and announcements. Manage scheduling for events, meetings, and other church-related activities. Support the setup and breakdown of events to ensure all logistical needs are met. Address inquiries from congregation members with professionalism and care. Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information related to church operations. Skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Familiarity with church operations or previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
