Pay:
Starting at $100 per week/$5,200 per year. (Negotiable) To help our church create environments where those far from God can be filled with life in Christ. Develop and implement a plan to grow our number of small groups and classes to help our people connect in authentic community. Develop and implement a plan to identify, recruit, and train potential group leaders. Develop and oversee annual budget for Groups and Classes. Champion awareness of Small Groups and Classes and their importance in the spiritual journey. Spiritually Shepherd our volunteer small group leaders. Lead in developing and creating small group curricula in collaboration with other pastoral staff. Develop and maintain an annual calendar (Plan) that ensures multiple classes and groups are launching in harmony.

Understanding of what small groups are and experience of having led at least one successful small group before. Great People skills. You Love being around people and people love being around you.

- Sunday service
- 8:45-12:00pm= 3 hours 15 minutes
- Coaching Material Preparation & planning= 1-2 hours
- One-on-One leader coaching = 2 hours
- Text Shepherding your leaders= 30 minutes
- 2 large group Trainings per year
