Development & Fundraising Coordinator 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars Ludlow, VT 05149 Okemo Mountain School is seeking a Development and Fundraising Coordinator to join our collaborative school community. Candidates should be motivated and enthusiastic with a passion for supporting youth through education. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are a must. An understanding of competitive snow sports is a plus, but not required. Prior experience in fundraising and development (particularly with Blackbaud Raisers Edge software) or independent school administration is preferred, but not a must. OMS is willing to train the right candidate and will provide comprehensive on-boarding support. A robust calendar of development and fundraising initiatives currently exists and the candidate would be expected to execute plans that are already in place as well as design and implement new plans as they see fit.

This position is a part time, year round position with an average time commitment of 15-20 hours per week over the course of the year. Remote work and flexible working hours are available outside of the winter months. During the OMS Winter Term, work will be completed on-site at our school building with some basic administrative tasks required during the late afternoon hours (exact schedule TBD).
