Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Admission Representative to join our team. As an Admission Representative, you will play a crucial role in recruiting and enrolling prospective students. You will have the opportunity to educate and guide students through the admissions process, providing them with valuable information about our institution and programs. ###
Duties:
- Conduct presentations and public speaking engagements to promote our institution to prospective students
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our programs, admission requirements, and financial aid options
- Assist prospective students with the application process, ensuring all necessary documents are submitted
- Conduct interviews and academic advising sessions with potential students to assess their qualifications and interests
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate campus tours, open houses, and recruitment events
- Maintain a database of prospective students and track their progress through the admissions process
- Follow up with prospective students via phone calls, emails, or in-person meetings to answer any questions or concerns they may have ###
Experience:
- Previous experience in education administration or academic advising is preferred
- Proven track record in recruiting or sales is a plus
- Familiarity with student information systems is desirable
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
