The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in guiding past students through the re-admissions process, providing them with the necessary information and support to make informed decisions about their educational journey. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds. Duties Engage with past students through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Educate past students about new program offerings, re-admissions requirements, and the benefits of returning our institution. Conduct public speaking presentations at recruitment events and information sessions to promote the university and its programs. Collaborate with academic departments to ensure accurate representation of programs and resources available to reentry students. Provide academic advising to help students navigate their educational paths and make informed decisions regarding their return to studies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends in education administration and recruitment strategies to enhance outreach efforts. Requirements Experience working with students in an educational setting is highly desirable. Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage audiences effectively. Proven experience in recruiting or re-admissions processes within a university setting is advantageous. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
