Position Overview:

As a Benefits Enrollment Counselor, you will meet face-to-face with employees, explain their benefits options, and assist with the enrollment process using our web-based platform. This role requires travel within the state of Georgia, with occasional overnight stays.

Qualifications:

Must have an active Life, Accident, and Sickness Insurance license in the state of Georgia Experience in health, dental, life, disability, and supplemental insurance Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable using an online benefits enrollment platform Ability to travel within Georgia as needed

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-person benefit presentations for employees Answer questions and provide guidance on benefit options Assist employees with the online enrollment process Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations Why Join Us?
