Job Description:

Enrollment Coach 1 This position plays a critical role in the recruitment and application processes for prospective online learners, serving as the initial point-of-contact for learners in fully online programs. The Enrollment Coach must be familiar with successful marketing practices, possessing a naturally enthusiastic and persuasive manner to successfully recruit online learners. In a team-oriented environment, the Enrollment Coach will work closely with Student Success Coaches, Enrollment Coordinators, Professional Development, Community Programs, and larger OCE recruitment and retention teams to recruit and admit a robust, diverse pool of applicants to online degree programs. The role is highly collaborative with the Student Success Coach team to effectively support the prospect and student life cycle. The Enrollment Coach Tier 1 will support enrollment goals by meeting daily outreach metrics, taking ownership of prospective student records, converting prospective students into registrations, application goals, and consistently asking for feedback and coaching.

Job Responsibilities:

As the first line of contact for prospective students, recruit and engage prospective learners by responding to all incoming requests (i.e., phone calls, emails, web-based interest forms). Ensure that targeted response times and accuracy guidelines are consistently met via a multi-channel approach. Runs and processes reports to ensure a seamless experience for active and prospective learners. Proactively interact with prospects at every stage of the admissions pipeline, with the goal of transforming prospective learners into quality applicants, and quality applicants into enrolled students. Coordinate with admissions and enrollment teams to facilitate logistics for online prospects; including faculty, admissions offices, enrollment offices, individual colleges, the Graduate School, Financial Aid, Student Success Coaches, and other applicable departments. Communicates constantly with prospects and constituent departments to ensure application, admission and enrollment of qualified learners. Tier 1 will support enrollment goals by meeting daily outreach metrics, taking ownership of student issues, and consistently asking for feedback and coaching. 65% Utilizes technology systems to track the recruitment and admission of prospective online learners, including a CRM, SIS, and other systems. Proactively manage a personal database of leads to meet enrollment goals across an offering of degree programs and student pathways. 30% Participates in continual professional development, working to ensure high levels of customer service excellence. Other duties may be assigned to assist in the overall success of the division. 5%

Proactively manage a personal database of leads to meet enrollment goals across an offering of degree programs and student pathways. Efficiently manages technology systems and tools to optimize lead tracking and engagement, while supporting newer team members by sharing best practices for tracking and following up with prospective learners. 30% Participates in continual professional development, working to ensure high levels of customer service excellence. Other duties may be assigned to support initiatives to further the overall success of the division. 10%
