Position Summary State Tech is seeking a results-driven Recruitment and Enrollment Strategist to expand enrollment through strategic partnerships and outreach within assigned regions. This role is essential in developing and maintaining relationships with high schools, community organizations, and industry partners to create sustainable recruitment pipelines. The ideal candidate will be passionate about student success, data-driven in their approach, and proactive in executing enrollment strategies that enhance program visibility. Essential Functions To be successful in this role, the Recruitment and Enrollment Strategist must effectively perform the following responsibilities: Build and manage relationships with high school counselors, educators, and community leaders to establish long-term recruitment pipelines. Develop and implement strategic outreach initiatives to promote State Tech’s programs and increase enrollment. Meet and exceed recruitment goals by engaging prospective students through high school visits, community events, and personalized follow-ups. Deliver compelling in-person and virtual presentations to prospective students, families, and stakeholders. Counsel students on program options, career pathways, and the admissions process. Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track student engagement, recruitment activities, and enrollment trends. Plan and execute recruitment events, including workshops, campus tours, and informational sessions. Analyze recruitment data to assess effectiveness, identify trends, and refine strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure outreach efforts align with institutional enrollment objectives. Stay informed on competitor strategies to enhance recruitment efforts. Maintain knowledge of program offerings, admission requirements, and industry trends to provide accurate guidance to prospective students. Qualifications A baccalaureate degree or five or more years of relevant experience. Self-initiating, self-managed, intrinsically motivated, innovative, creative, and persevering. Excellent organization ability, detail oriented, and the ability to multi-task. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to arrange and conduct meetings and presentations with influencers and prospective students. The ability to react positively and effectively to change. Valid Drivers License.
