Responsibilities Creating ongoing relationships with area medical professionals and social workers who require nursing home services for their patients/clients Answering inquiries from prospective residents/families as well as social workers and physicians, then providing tours of the center, as requested Aiding in the application and admission process for all new residents, including interviews and pre-admission care conferences Assessing incoming residents’ needs, and communicating service approvals to the appropriate departments Qualifications RNs, LPNs and Social Workers are welcome to apply.
