Job Responsibilities
The Enrollment Coach will play a key role in building strong relationships with prospective and current students, guiding them through enrollment processes via proactive phone and email interactions. They must be able to effectively communicate information about the College’s programs, courses, and financial aid procedures to drive recruitment. A prerequisite for the role is deep understanding of enrollment processes, advisement, registration, database tracking, and report generation.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Advising and Opportunities Highlighting:

Provide strategic advice to prospective applicants, offering insights into the admissions process and high lighting opportunities at MTC.

Thorough Interviewing and Recruitment:

Conduct thorough interviews, assess credentials guide individual’s ineligible for admission on necessary competencies, explore alternative career options, and actively recruit qualified candidates.

Educational and Career Goal Assistance:

Assist students in crystallizing their educational, college, and career goals, actively contributing to the formulation of measurable plans for future advancement.

Impactful Counseling and Advisement:

Deliver impactful individual and group counseling/advisement sessions, focusing on college and career skills.

Efficient Office Duties Execution:

Execute various essential office duties as required.

Reports Development and Project Assessment:

Spearhead the development of comprehensive reports and actively contribute to the assessment of projects.

Record-Keeping and Confidentiality Maintenance:

Maintain meticulous and confidential records of every student interaction, spanning in-person visits, phone consultations, and online coaching.
Trend Monitoring in

College Education:

Stay at the forefront of current issues and trends pertaining to college students’ enrollment, academic success, and retention.

Miscellaneous Office Duties Management:

Address miscellaneous office duties with efficiency and effectiveness as needed.

Minimum and Additional Requirements
Associate’s Degree and previous experience in customer service. Proven ability to meet or exceed individual goals and positively contribute to overall team goals. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’ s degree preferred. Previous experience working in a higher education environment, especially in admissions or student services.
